Alfredo Padilla (he/him) is the Drop-in Center Harm Reduction Associate. Freddy supports VOCAL-NY in any way he can, but his main responsibilities involve supporting the Drop-in Center and driving the VOCAL-NY PDSE team when needed.

Mariah McGough (she/her) is dedicated to elevating the voices of people who are fighting for the issues that have directly impacted their lives. By utilizing press and digital strategies, Mariah has a proven record of expanding the depth and quality of press coverage and shifting the narrative on our country’s most pressing issues, including homelessness,
Hector Barbosa
Hector Barbosa (he/him) is one of VOCAL-NY’s PDSE Peer Educators. Hector is responsible for delivering PDSE services to New York City. He conducts weekly outreach & Narcan trainings at 3 locations. Hector is responsible for making supply packages for outreach and supports the PDSE team however he can.
