Reginald Thomas Brown

Reginald Thomas Brown, M. Ed, joined VOCAL-NY’s board of directors in 2017, but has been a leader in VOCAL-NY’s Positive Leaders Union since 2010. They are a long-term HIV survivor, an appointee to the HASA Advisory Board by former NYC City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito, and a participant in the National Minority AIDS Council’s Building Leaders of Color Program.

They are a national trainer with the People’s Action Network, and is a fierce advocate of abolishing HIV criminalization laws. Reginald is a former professional dancer and in their spare time volunteers for public television.
